Who
Chicago-based Logistics Property Company ("LPC") is a leading real estate operating company and investment manager founded by James Martell in 2018.
Goal
The overarching goal for LPC is similar to that of many of my customers - high quality imagery that portrays the professionalism of the staff while concomitantly conveying the unique value proposition of the organization.
Outcome
Over our eight plus year partnership, I've created a library of images that cover everything from artistically compelling renditions of their construction projects to staff headshots to coverage of their annual lenders' summits and fundraising galas.

My former partner and I were creating a series of videos documenting the construction of a 650,000 sf industrial real estate project about an hour southwest of Chicago over the course of more than 15 months when I first met Jim Martell. He was a principal with the development team on that project.

When he later formed Logistics Property Company, he had his CMO reach out to ask about photographing their construction projects. Over the course of 2019, through the Covid times, I photographed nearly a dozen projects from Chicago to Atlanta to Houston to Seattle.

These images ended up decorating their offices, on their website and in their annual reports.

As their image needs grew, I was commissioned to create agency-style high key headshots and cover the various annual events in and around their headquarters.
